Wyoming regional response Team 6

The Worland Fire Protection District hosts Reginal Response Team 6 (RERT6). This team is a part of the  Wyoming Office of Homeland Security, hazardous material and WMD  response  program. This teams primary response area is Big Horn, Hot Springs, Park and Washakie Counties. The RERT program is funded though the Wyoming Office of Homeland  Security  grant program. This team has responders in all four counties in the Big Horn Basin. 

This  program  provides training opportunities on large and complex events that help prepare our responders for the all hazard mission that is needed in todays fire service.
